Inside the Reichstag dome, Berlin, Germany

Mirrored cone reflecting light and spiralling access ramps in double-helix form to access the glass dome of the Reichstag building, seat of the German parliament and meeting place of the Bundestag, originally opened 1894 but refurbished by Norman Foster 1990-99, Berlin, Germany. The dome is open to the public and has panoramic views over the city.
