Relief, Tomb of Ty, Saqqara, Egypt

Shipyard workers, with men building boats, painted relief, on the east wall of the chapel in the mastaba tomb of Ty, or Ti, an official in the 5th dynasty, Old Kingdom, at Saqqara, Egypt. The burial site at Saqqara, containing pyramids, mastabas and tombs from 1st dynasty to the Greco Roman period, was the royal necropolis for Memphis.
