Chateau Frontenac, opened 1893, designed by Bruce Price as a chateau style hotel for the Canadian Pacific Railway company or CPR, in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. The building was extended and the central tower added in 1924, by William Sutherland Maxwell. The building is now a hotel, the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac, and is listed as a National Historic Site of Canada. The Historic District of Old Quebec is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
