Escalier d'honneur or Staircase of Honour, 1860, by Jules Cantini, lined with portraits of Emperor Napoleon III and Empress Eugenie, and of the presidents of the chamber, in the Palais de la Bourse, or Stock Exchange Palace, built 1852-60 by Pascal Coste in Second Empire style, on the Canebiere in Marseilles, Bouches-du-Rhone, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur, France. The building houses the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie Marseille-Provence and the Musee de la Marine et de l'Economie de Marseille. It is listed as a historic monument. Picture by Manuel Cohen
