The Abduction of Europa, detail, showing Europa carried off on Zeus as a bull, with cherubs riding dolphins carrying a wreath, oil painting on wood, c. 1570, by Jean Cousin le Fils, 1522-94, in the Salle des Valois, with collections belonging to the Valois, especially Francois I, on the first floor of the Francois I wing, built early 16th century in Italian Renaissance style, at the Chateau Royal de Blois, built 13th - 17th century in Blois in the Loire Valley, Loir-et-Cher, Centre, France.
