Chancel, with golden sculpted baldachin supported by angels, by Francois Baillairge, 1759-1830, in the Basilique-cathedrale Notre-Dame de Quebec, or Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of Quebec, built in 1843 in Neoclassical style by Jean Baillairge, in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. The original church was built in 1647 as Notre-Dame de la Paix, but was destroyed by fire. It is listed as a National Historic Site of Canada.
