Biennale lion sculpture in the Place de la Basoche, with the Renaissance Maison des Avocats behind, built c. 1516 with 3 arcaded galleries around a courtyard, in the Saint-Jean district of the old town of Lyon, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France. The Maison des Avocats consists of the Ostel de la Croys built early 14th century for Andre Berchet and later used as an inn, and the galleried building of 1516.
