Head of Mars, Roman god of war, worshipped by the Roman legions, Gallo-Roman, depicted as an old man with beard and helmet, marble, late 2nd - early 3rd century AD, excavated from the river Rhone, in the Musee de l'Arles Antique, an archaeological museum built 1995 by Henri Ciriani and extended in 2013, at Arles, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur, France.
